Pick Admission Forms

Collect admission forms from the school or download when available online. Fill out all required details accurately.

Same Day

Submit Required Documents

Submit PLE results slip (for S1), UCE results slip (for S5), or latest report card (for mid-entry), plus two passport photos. Admission, registration and other charges are listed in the fee structure below.

1–3 days

Interview & Screening

Applicants are invited for an academic interview and assessment with the admissions team.

Within 1 week

Admission & Fees Clearance

Successful applicants receive admission letters and proceed to pay school fees. Students must pay at least 50% of fees on reporting day. Payments via Centenary Bank A/C 3510021246 or Nsawo SACCO A/C 192.

2–5 days

Student Essentials

1 ream of papers (S.1–S.4) Rotatrim, and (S.5–S.6) ruled papers: 500 sheets termly; UGX 10,000 for hair and church/mosque fee; bedding, toiletries and personal items. See the full list of basic requirements below.

All admissions are subject to availability of space and satisfactory performance in the interview. Students must pay at least 50% of fees on reporting day. The school does not accept cash - payments must be made through the Bank or Nsawo SACCO.

Paying Fees

The school does not accept cash. All payments must go through the Bank or Nsawo SACCO — Centenary Bank A/C 3510021246, or Nsawo SACCO A/C 192. A bank slip is attached to the admission form, or can be obtained from the Bank or Nsawo SACCO.

Students must pay at least 50% of fees on reporting day. A special handling fee of UGX 500,000 applies to foreign students.
